How it all started, what we're working toward, and why millions of Bangladeshi players trust hg999 — it's all here.
Hg999 was born from a simple realisation — there was no genuinely great online gaming experience built for people in Bangladesh. Most platforms were foreign-made, with English interfaces, unfamiliar payment methods, and little to no Bangla-language support.
Hg999 was born from understanding that gap. Around 2020, a small team came together and decided to build a platform made with Bangladeshi users in mind. Deposit via bKash, get support in Bangla, and have games run smoothly on mobile — those three core needs were the starting point for everything.
Today, hg999 is one of Bangladesh's most recognized online gaming destinations. Cricket betting, Live Casino, lottery, slots — all in one place. But more than the numbers, what matters most is the trust people place in us. Every deposit processed on time, every withdrawal delivered within the promised window — it's these small things that set hg999 apart.
To bring every corner of Bangladesh a safe, transparent, and enjoyable online gaming experience — in their language, through familiar payment methods, and on their own schedule.
To establish itself as South Asia's most trusted Bangla-language gaming platform, where player safety comes above everything else.

Hg999 didn't grow overnight. Every year brought new lessons and improvements. Here are the key milestones from that journey.
Hg999's first version launched with a small team, with a core focus on cricket betting and integrating bKash payments.
Live baccarat, roulette, and Teen Patti launched. The lottery section quickly became a hit in its own right.
Android and iOS apps launched, with push notifications, low-data mode, and biometric login all added.
Deposit limits, self-exclusion, and session timer features are all available. hg999 puts responsible gaming at the heart of the platform.
A real-time in-play betting engine, a crash games section including Aviator, and eSports betting were all added.
Behind hg999 is a multilingual team with diverse expertise — technology specialists, seasoned gaming industry professionals, and people with a deep understanding of Bangladesh, all working together.
Every decision comes down to one question: is this genuinely good for players in Bangladesh? If the answer is yes, it gets done. If it isn't, it doesn't — no matter how profitable it might be.
For instance, we never bury bonus terms in dense fine print. Every offer on hg999 has its conditions written in plain, clear Bangla — in a size you can actually read. Our policy is simple: no player should finish a session feeling like something was slipped past them.
We want players on hg999 to feel like this platform is truly theirs. Because it is — it was built with the people of Bangladesh in mind.

Hg999 believes gaming should be fun — it should never be a source of stress or anxiety. That's why responsible gaming isn't confined to a single page here; it's built into every layer of the platform.
Deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits — these tools on hg999 aren't just for show; they're there to be actively used. If a player feels they need a break, self-exclusion takes only a few seconds.
Our support team is trained to handle sensitive situations — if a player reaches out for help or expresses concern, they know how to respond with empathy and point them toward the right resources.
When hg999 says it's built for Bangladesh, that means more than just a Bangla-language interface. It means understanding how people in this country actually live. Most users in Bangladesh browse on smartphones, often on patchy connections, and mobile banking is far more familiar than bank cards.
Hg999's technology was built with this reality in mind. In low-data mode, the platform runs smoothly at just 50 KB/s. The app is only 18 MB in size, so even older phones can download it without any trouble.
Cricket is the heartbeat of Bangladesh, and hg999 knows it. During Bangladesh national team matches, the platform gets a special look, exclusive offers go live, and live commentary is available in Bangla. In BPL season, hg999 features a dedicated BPL Hub where you can find all teams' points tables, latest form, and expert analysis in one place.
Hg999 is part of Bangladesh's biggest celebrations too. Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh — every festival comes with special bonuses, free spins, and lucky draws. It's not just a business decision; it's a genuine show of respect for Bangladesh's culture of celebration.
